Per-server doc pages: add get_version_info to tool tables

All 10 public + auth-bound MCP server doc pages on qso-graph.io updated
to reflect the new get_version_info tool added per
IONIS-AI/ionis-devel#49. Each server's "All N tools" headline + tools
table now reflects +1 tool.

Servers updated: solar, pota, wspr, sota, iota, eqsl, qrz, lotw, hamqth, n1mm-mcp.
