Add FIT_DTB_COMPATIBLE entry for qcom_qcs6490-iot-sde and include qcs6490-rb3gen2-sde.dtbo in the RB3 Gen2 core kit configuration. This enables FIT image DTB matching with the SDE overlay for qcs6490-rb3gen2 based targets. Signed-off-by: Yash Gupta <yash.gupta@oss.qualcomm.com>
