quanux-spreader \- The Metabolic Enzyme (Execution Engine)
4+
.SH SYNOPSIS
5+
.B quanux-spreader
6+
[\fB--config\fR \fIPATH\fR]
7+
.SH DESCRIPTION
8+
The \fBquanux-spreader\fR is the active catalyst of the QuanuX cell. It functions as the metabolic enzyme, processing raw sensory data ingested from the external synapses (NATS/Adapters) and converting it into "Trade-ATP" (Execution Packets).
9+
.SH METABOLIC FUNCTIONS
10+
The enzyme operates exclusively within tight execution loops (59ns). It does not hold state or possess an immune response; it strictly calculates and attempts to dispatch limit orders.
11+
12+
Before execution reaches external markets, it must pass through the \fBSovereign Sentinel\fR (\fBritchie-interlock(2)\fR) for risk binding. This prevents rogue enzymatic activity from damaging the cellular organism.
13+
.SH ENVIRONMENT AND CATALYSTS
14+
The enzyme requires specific environmental scalars to function:
15+
.IP \[ci] 3
16+
.B QUANUX_MARKET_NATS
17+
The address of the external sensory fluid (Market Data input stream).
18+
.IP \[ci] 3
19+
.B QUANUX_ORDER_ROUTING
20+
The address of the execution synapse for order dispatch.

.SH NAME
3+
quanux-shm \- The Cytoplasm (Inter-Cellular Shared Memory)
4+
.SH SYNOPSIS
5+
.B /dev/shm/quanux_l3_state
6+
.SH DESCRIPTION
7+
The \fBquanux-shm\fR mapping represents the Cytoplasm of the cell. It is the shared memory fluid (`/dev/shm`) where all distinct organelles (the Sentinel, the Spreader, the Vault) communicate without crossing into the slow, dense kernel (OS context switching).
8+
.SH THE CYTOPLASM GEOMETRY
9+
Within this fluid floats the 64-byte `SovereignState` structure.
10+
Because the organelles are pinned to distinct biological cores (Core 3, Core 5), the Cytoplasm allows them to share risk metrics (the \fBImmune System Constants\fR) instantly via L3 Cache line coherence.
11+
12+
By keeping the state exactly at 64 bytes, the entire cellular structure can fit onto a single CPU cache line, enabling 23ns Sentinel state-checks prior to enzyme execution.

.TH QUANUX-VAULT 5 "FEBRUARY 2026" "QuanuX Biological Sovereignty" "QuanuX System Manual"
2+
.SH NAME
3+
quanux-vault \- The Memory Vacuole (HDF5 Binary Journal)
4+
.SH SYNOPSIS
5+
.B critique_vault.h5
6+
.SH DESCRIPTION
7+
The \fBquanux-vault\fR defines the structure of the Memory Vacuole. It is the repository where the cell records the exact sequence of its life cycle (every metabolic tick and execution).
8+
.SH THE HDF5 SWMR DOCTRINE
9+
The Vacuole uses \fBSWMR (Single Writer Multiple Reader)\fR capabilities within the HDF5 format. Like an RNA transcription process, the Vault listens to the Cytoplasm (\fBquanux-shm(4)\fR) and continuously appends raw 64-byte binary geometry exactly as it occurred physically on the CPU, without locking the execution loop.
10+
.SH THE REPLICATION INTEGRITY PROOF
11+
In order to prove to external entities (Auditors/Prop Firms) that the Simulated Cell mimics the Live Cell perfectly, the Vacuole maintains strict metadata:
12+
.IP \[ci] 3
13+
The SHA-256 Hash of the active Spreader Engine binary.
14+
.IP \[ci] 3
15+
The Databento Parquet Transpilation tables for offline 1:1 playback.
16+
17+
When an auditor inspects the Vacuole, they can forensically rebuild the exact cellular mitosis and state sequence, eliminating simulation drift.

.TH QUANUX-SENTINEL 8 "FEBRUARY 2026" "QuanuX Biological Sovereignty" "QuanuX System Manual"
2+
.SH NAME
3+
quanux-sentinel \- The Homeostatic Admin (System Regulation)
4+
.SH SYNOPSIS
5+
.B sudo quanux-sentinel
6+
.SH DESCRIPTION
7+
The \fBquanux-sentinel\fR is the fundamental Homeostatic operating system of the cell. It maintains the health, heartbeat, and regenerative capabilities of the overarching host.
8+
.SH THE HEARTBEAT (PTP Synchronization)
9+
Before the cell can engage the market, it requires absolute synchronicity with external global clocks. The Sentinel administers PTP (Precision Time Protocol) to ensure market data ingestion timestamps are perfect. If the heartbeat drifts beyond microsecond bounds, the Sentinel refuses to let the cell transition out of `STATE_VOID`.
10+
.SH CELLULAR REGENERATION (Warm Restart)
11+
If the cell undergoes Apoptosis (`STATE_HALT`) due to intersecting an Institutional Pathogen (e.g., maximum unhedged delta thresholds breached), it locks its resources.
12+
13+
The Homeostatic Admin provides the `STATE_RECOVERY` path:
14+
.IP 1. 3
15+
Flushes the Cytoplasm queues (\fBquanux-shm(4)\fR).
16+
.IP 2. 3
17+
Seals the Memory Vacuole (\fBquanux-vault(5)\fR).
18+
.IP 3. 3
19+
Regenerates a fresh `SovereignState` matrix safely.
