feat(tauri): establish zero-copy NATS ingress for MARKET.BIN

Built the high-speed Rust NATS subscriber using async-nats and bytemuck to directly unpack the 64-byte cache-aligned MarketTick structs. The UI now receives the dead-core TSC heartbeat directly from the engine.
