Redesign README: marketing-first, tutorial-driven, tech branding

Structure: Results → Try It (30s) → Three Breakthroughs → Memory Table → Docs → Tech

Key changes:
- Lead with 4-metric results table (size/speed/context/quality)
- "Try It Now (30 seconds)" with copy-paste commands
- "Three Breakthroughs" section: faster+validated+community-proven
- Technical details moved to docs/ (linked, not inline)
- Removed raw A/B test data from README (now in docs/)
- Removed architecture diagram (available in docs/architecture.md)
- Removed quantization types ranking table (too detailed for README)
- Added Documentation links table
- Clean branding: QuantumAI Inc. footer

README.md: 160 lines (was 359) — 55% shorter, 100% more impactful
README.ko.md: Korean mirror with identical structure
