Phase-Frequency Processor

This is a preliminary draft of a data sheet for the QUARTIQ FLS application. FLS is a software for the the Sinara Stabilizer and Pounder modules. The application supports various tasks of receiving an RF input signal and processing its phase and frequency. The result of the processing can be be used to affect the phase and frequency of an RF output signal.
The application controlled and monitored via network using MQTT. It emits telemetry data as well as high-rate streaming data for external processing and analysis.
