beads/plan: close D7, D8, and parent epic bd-hir7j

D7 (Bootstrap CSS for render) and D8 (Bootstrap CSS for preview) both
turned out to need no code change — the CSS was already shipped by
the existing CompileThemeCssStage and the existing q2-preview SPA
bundle. The original 'unstyled table' symptom was 100% markup-side
(missing thead/th/class hooks), already fixed by D1/D2/D3/D4-5/D6 and
their React mirrors.

Visual verification 2026-05-20 confirms q2 render, q2 preview, and
Quarto 1 produce byte-identical computed styles on the daily-log
fixture (width 799px, padding 8.5px, font-weight 700, caption-side
top, body class fullcontent quarto-light).
