Enable Focus Mode and Presentation Mode in Quarto Book and Website

I think people that loves Quarto book and websites will like this focused-content mode that also include a focused-presentation mode.

I would like to suggest you add an actual example published to GitHub pages to better demonstrate what are "focused-content and focused-presentation modes".

Some other feedbacks:

• _extensions/quarto-book-focus-mode to _extensions/focus-mode (or eventually _extensions/book-focus-mode but I don't see why website should be excluded as books are based on websites)
• refactor your big HTML into css stylesheets and JavaScripts scripts that you include with the Lua API to add dependencies instead of reading the HTML file and using quarto.doc.include_text, see https://quarto.org/docs/extensions/lua-api.html#html-dependencies.

You might also want to add a description, topics, tag/release your GitHub repository.
