Hey there,
shinyapps.io is currently not listed in the publishing basics for quarto documents.
However, this option can be found under Dashboard > Interactivity > Shiny for R > Running Documents:
So, I think it would be a good idea to harmonize the documentation or at least to add the shinyapps.io option in the publishing basics for quarto, since it is very easy and a straight forward option.
Additionally, I'd find it useful mention how to setup rsconnect to deploy to shinyapps.io. Maybe this can be integrated from the shiny documentation itself.
Any thoughts on this? What do you think?
