This closes #10162

As we find Edge on Windows, we should also try to find it on Mac OS.

Then we can work on #10170 for other cases where we won't search for it.

@mcanouil @cscheid I can't test it, but it seems easy enough to support searching Edge as we do on Windows.

I don't have Edge, but I have Brave (/Applications/Brave\ Browser.app/Contents/MacOS/Brave\ Browser).

The change seems about right to make it consistent with the current state of the documentation.
