Remove dependency on `netty-tcnative`

Eclipse m2e often does not run Maven build extensions the same way as the CLI, so ${os.detected.classifier} never gets set. Dependency resolution then treats the classifier literally (jar:${os.detected.classifier}:2.0.75.Final).
