Mismatched eslint-config-next version after major Next.js bump

Bumping next to ^15.5.15 while eslint-config-next remains at ^14.2.21 creates a major-version mismatch. The eslint-config-next package is designed to stay in lockstep with next, and a v14 eslint config running against a v15 Next.js app can cause npm run lint to produce incorrect warnings, miss new rules, or fail outright.
