Overhaul README: QuickNode branding, relative badges, better descriptions

- H1: QuickNode Solana Program Examples with fork description
- Relative badge URLs (../../actions/workflows/) so forks show their own CI status
- Correct workflow filenames (anchor.yml, quasar.yml, pinocchio.yml, native.yml)
- Financial Software section first (AMM, Escrow, Fundraiser)
- Framework links use emoji (⚓ 💫 🤥 🦀) instead of plain text
- Removed redundant subheadings
- Clearer project descriptions that explain what each program actually does
- Removed verbose framework explanation block — consolidated into a compact list
