- quix-variables.md: add Quix__BlobStorage__Connection__Json + Quix__Lakehouse__* rows (Catalog/Query URLs, aliases, auth tokens) with a conditional note; explain how the auth tokens are used. - quix-lake/blob-storage.md: add a 'Variables injected into bound deployments' section covering the blob storage secret and the Lakehouse endpoints.

…rs are injected Move the conditional blob storage / Quix Lake variables out of the main (always-present) table into their own section, and spell out the conditions: BlobStorage JSON when a connection is bound, Quix__Lakehouse__* when Quix Lake is also enabled.
