Notification post — Hive Civilization is a 52-service x402-wired agent fleet on Base mainnet (treasury 0x15184bf50b3d3f52b60434f8942b7d52f2eb436e, USDC settlement, EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization, x402 spec from coinbase/x402).

Why it's relevant to RainbowKit:

• Apps using RainbowKit can add Hive's agent-callable services as a paid-tools section — discovery is free, settlement is USDC on Base.
• The connect-wallet flow already covers everything Hive needs (no extra auth, no API keys).
• Every paid call is signTypedData on EIP-3009 — clean UX inside the existing wallet modal.
