That's tricky because the system tray icons are implemented differently. Currently, the best workaround is to hide that icon as well, and perhaps find a replacement app with a regular tray icon. |

I use "Taskbar tray icon spacing and grid" and "Taskbar tray system icon tweaks" to save space on my task bar and "Vertical Taskbar for Windows 11" to save monitor space. I leave only 1 system icon displayed (network) since I can get to the rest via the little popout for them. But the one I leave displayed stays on a line by itself instead of sharing a row with my other (Windhawk, Rainmeter, MalwareBytes, etc., tray icons.) It would be really nice for the icons controlled by "Taskbar tray system icon tweaks" to behave like the other icons in the Taskbar tray and share a row (or column) with them.
Thanks for Windhawk,
Doug
