@m417z WDYT? Should themes that require additional configuration be integrated directly or no? All of the current themes that have optional extra steps could be skipped and the theme could be used mostly fine, but something like this doesn't work at all without restoring the 10 Action Center.
Theme otherwise looks good and can be merged if you agree with this.

It's similar to the Start menu Win10 themes. We can add it to the guide, but not to the mod.
@milestprower92 please remove this section, and add instructions for using this theme with Windows 11, similar to this.

Added various control styles for the 10Flyouts theme, including adjustments for buttons, text blocks, and other UI elements.
