fix: Correct YAML frontmatter in caching skills to hyphen-case format

Fix YAML frontmatter in 7 caching skills to use category-filename
hyphen-case format instead of title case, resolving remaining
CI/CD smoke test failures.

Fixed skills:
- cache-invalidation-strategies.md
- cache-performance-monitoring.md
- caching-fundamentals.md
- cdn-edge-caching.md
- http-caching.md
- redis-caching-patterns.md
- service-worker-caching.md

All YAML frontmatter now follows the required format: category-filename
(e.g., caching-http-caching)
