All the matrix entries for the YUV to RGB conversion matrices were being filled with the same coefficients. Compute the values for the BT601, BT709, and BT2020 matrices in both full and limited range, and program those into the hardware. Signed-off-by: Dave Stevenson <dave.stevenson@raspberrypi.com>
Use native arm64 runners to speed up build process. Cross compile is still used for arm targets, but also benefit from the arm64 runner architecture. Overall build time will be reduced by 25 to 30 minutes by this. Signed-off-by: Nicolai Buchwitz <nb@tipi-net.de>

The PR doesn't get a kernel build if it is only changing the workflow files.
I want the artifact files to confirm that they do actually work.
