doesn't detect rpi5 on ubuntu server

running ubuntu server 23.10 on a rpi5

WANT_32BIT:0 WANT_64BIT:0 WANT_PI4:1 WANT_PI5:0
Updating a system with initramfs configured is not supported by rpi-update
This could result in a system that will not boot.
