raspinfo depends on rpi-eeprom

Hi,

Firstly, please can someone tell me where the debian packaging scripts are hosted? I tried to find them in github, and google also failed to find them. I'd have submitted a pull request directly if I could find the sources!

The actual problem I'm trying to fix is that raspinfo depends on rpi-eeprom on all revisions. I only have RPi 3b and I would like to remove the rpi-eeprom package, as it's large, I don't need it, and it updates frequently. I could remove raspinfo as well, but raspi-utils also depends on it.

Please could Depends be changed to Recommends?

Sorry, I meant to say that raspinfo itself already handles the case where it's not running on an EEPROM RPi, or where rpi-eeprom isn't installed, gracefully, so the only harm in changing the dependency is that if users were to inadvertently remove the package, raspinfo wouldn't give accurate debugging information. Perhaps that could be fixed to offer a warning if rpi-eeprom isn't installed but would be useful. Thanks!
