Feature request: method to trigger title regeneration.

Couldn't find anything that does this in the documentation.

I know the title can be configured to refresh every N prompts. But this seems a bit restrictive. Perhaps in some cases the conversation continues to evolve past this point, where the last title generated is no longer relevant.

Would be cool to have a method or keybinding to manually generate a new title ad-hoc.
