docs: complete deploy-framing scrub in demo casts

Previous scrub (fea59c6) missed sample filenames and the-intern's
typed-command scenes. pki-sign signs binaries; it does not deploy them.

- speed-run.cast: deploy.ps1 -> bootstrap.ps1
- the-api.cast: deploy.ps1 -> bootstrap.ps1, "47 deployment pipelines" -> "47 release pipelines"
- the-intern.cast: both "deploy --env prod" commands -> "ship --env prod",
  "DEPLOYMENT BLOCKED" -> "RELEASE BLOCKED", "deploying to prod" -> "shipping to prod",
  "production deployment" -> "production release"
- Re-rendered all three demo SVGs and the-intern thumbnail

Verified: grep -i deploy across docs/ returns 0 hits.
