remove: Remove fullscreen button functionality

- Removed fullscreen button and all related CSS
- Removed fullscreen overlay, zoom controls, and drag functionality
- Removed wrapDiagramsWithButtons() function
- Simplified Mermaid diagram rendering
- Diagrams now display inline without fullscreen option
