Align the Proton Drive client with the SDK-era API contract by adding Drive SDK version header support, v2 volume move endpoint support, and revision verification data for upload blocks. Also treat DeleteChildren code 2501 as idempotent stale-state success to avoid failing cleanup paths.

Support the rclone Proton Drive backend update by adding the SDK-era request metadata and v2 route support that the newer bridge and backend flow now rely on.
This is the base compatibility layer for the rest of the stack. It adds:
WithDriveSDKVersionand manager support for sendingx-pm-drive-sdk-versionWithout this, downstream compatibility fixes either cannot compile cleanly or have to keep branching around older request shapes and missing SDK metadata support.
This PR is intentionally limited to the shared SDK/base plumbing. Follow-up fixes for proxy auth cache behavior and upload retry hardening are split into separate PRs so reviewers can assess each concern independently.
