To update build.gradle on an Expo CNG project, is there a plan to have an Expo plugin that does this automatically?

@krizzu Here you go! (https://github.com/iM-GeeKy/async-storage-bug). Just run bun run start or eas build --profile ios-development-client-simulator --platform ios --local --clear-cache and you'll see the plugin error. Let me know if you need me to test/verify anything else! I appreciate it!

You need to actually install the plugin separately

@krizzu Ohhh, what an oversight! Well I feel dumb…I’ve just been so accustomed to the plug-in being part of the package as that’s how the other libraries do it that. Sorry for the confusion! I assume that’ll work! Thanks for the quick reply!

Thanks for this, mate. Unfortunately this feature has not been properly documented in the README so some Expo users (like myself) struggled with errors such as: Could not find org.asyncstorage.shared_storage:storage-android:1.0.0.

Including the plugin seems to have fixed this
