fix OG share image, bump dependencies, other tweaks

📝 Why & how

I have spotted that the local based solution for generating OG images stopped work (probably after on of the Next bumps). To fix this, I have decided to use our OG generation endpoint, to create asset dynamically on the fly, when it is needed.

Additionally, I have made few other tweaks and fixes, including:

• better logic for cleaning up removed entries from the libraries list in the store data blob
• small tweaks for libraries definitions, and regenerated local data file
• dependencies bumps, including Expo and Next
