Updated tamagui expoGo and added @tamagui/* packages

adding packages:

• @tamagui/animations-moti,
• @tamagui/animations-react-native,
• @tamagui/babel-plugin,
• @tamagui/cli,
• @tamagui/config,
• @tamagui/shorthands,
• @tamagui/themes,
• @tamagui/toast

to avoid this error messages with npx expo-doctor@latest

Hey @flexbox, thanks for adding new entries to the directory! 👍

Few questions before we can proceed:

• @tamagui/babel-plugin, @tamagui/cli and @tamagui/config sounds to me like developer dependencies, not regular ones which had to be bundled with the app, if you move them to the devDependencies in package.json doctor should not warn you about them anymore, this is the same situation like with all possible Babel packages, which we don't really want to list, I wonder what's the Tamagui take on that?
• examples array requires project code using the package, not the docs website (this one should be added in a given package homepage field in package.json to be visible properly in the directory:
  • https://github.com/react-native-community/directory?tab=readme-ov-file#examples
  • https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/v11/configuring-npm/package-json#homepage
• npmPkg field is mostly for scoped packages, and if repository or monorepo directory matches package name they are redundant (i.e. main Tamagui entry):

I didn't knew that, and it was probably a bad copy/paste from my side. 😅

@tamagui/config is still required in dependencies, not sure why, but here is a starter template with expo-router
