📝 Why & how
This PR adds the @bravemobile/react-native-code-push library.
It is based on Microsoft/react-native-code-push but modified to remove dependencies on AppCenter and other API servers.
It is currently used in a production app with over 800K MAU, without any server maintenance burden.
