vegaosplatform compatibility #1921This PR improves Vega OS support by allowing pass string with npm package name to the field, it also add the link to the tooltip content, if Vega OS support package is required.
In the process of porting data from https://community.amazondeveloper.com/t/vega-supported-libraries-and-services/1552 to the directory I have also added and updated few libraries.
