rewrite check resource script, add and update libs

📝 Why & how

This PR rewrites check libraries script to do concurrent fetches, vastly speeding up the process.

Based on the results, I have updated or removed no longer existing assets from the data file.

Additionally, the JSON schema used to validate the data file has been updated to match the possible object shape, and has been made more strict, buy disabling undefined properties, and incorrect package data has been corrected.
