Included @bhojaniasgar/react-native-otp-input in react-native-libraries.json with relevant metadata and example links. The library supports iOS, Android, web, and the new architecture.
Corrected indentation and property formatting for the react-native-otp-input entry. Updated the npmPkg value to use the package name instead of the full npm URL.
