I got this error from device logs
Application will not be launched because it failed to report an incoming call too many times (or repeatedly crashed.)
After uninstall. the app notification will work

you need to add didLoadWithEvents event then do the stuff when you get this, this is the event that gets hit when your app is killed

For all those who are wondering why the didLoadWithEvents or the Notification Event does not trigger
Always registering inside AppDelegate has solved the problem for me:
let bridge = RCTBridge.init(delegate: self, launchOptions: launchOptions)
/* Set up Voip directly after the bridge! */
RNVoipPushNotificationManager.voipRegistration();

Just doing the registration on the JS side is apparently not (fast) enough and got me treated as a “bad citizen”...
