[RAPPS-DB] Update GIMP to v2.8.22 for x86

It was downgraded to an ancient version previously by Joachim because there was a bug with newer GTK+ versions, which is already fixed now.
So now it works fine and can be upgraded in the applications manager again.
- Update download link for x86.
- Update SHA1.
- Update size in bytes.
- Additionally, fix version numbers for amd64 and arm64.
