Enable GitHub immutable releases

Hello 👋
Have you considered enabling GitHub immutable releases?
This would guarantee that a given release can never be changed in the future, even in case that for example the GitHub account gets compromised.

Well, I see the point in this. SwiftLint's releases are fully automated. So there is actually nothing blocking this except me liking the possibility to fix things like typos even later whenever I encounter them. 😅

I also wonder how to let folks know that a certain release is broken and shall not be used anymore. Previously, one could just update or recreate it.
