docs(agents): trim AGENTS.md to lean contract + extract subdocs#591

Move verbose sections out of AGENTS.md (loaded into every agent session) into seven `.agent/*.md` subdocs and replace them with a link table. The top of the file now shows intro + Quick rules + Workflow cheatsheet so non-negotiables surface immediately instead of being buried inside multi-hundred-line workflow sections. Subdocs (content moved verbatim): - .agent/TOKEN-DISCIPLINE.md - .agent/GUARDEX-TOGGLE.md - .agent/CLAUDE-CODE-WORKFLOW.md - .agent/OPENSPEC-WORKFLOW.md - .agent/MULTI-AGENT-CONTRACT.md - .agent/PLAN-WORKSPACE.md - .agent/STALLED-WORKTREE-RECOVERY.md The marker-managed `multiagent-safety` block and the `SPECKIT` block remain byte-identical to main; the `CLAUDE.md -> AGENTS.md` symlink is preserved. AGENTS.md drops from 786 -> 545 lines (editable portion ~110 lines; the rest is the untouched marker + SPECKIT blocks). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
