feat: Add Loan Default Prediction ML project

Description

This PR adds a new Loan Default Prediction ML project to the repository. The project predicts whether a loan applicant is likely to default on their loan using classification algorithms.

Key Features:

• Analyzes borrower characteristics (age, income, employment status)
• Evaluates loan characteristics (amount, term, interest rate)
• Considers credit history and financial ratios
• Uses multiple ML algorithms (Random Forest, XGBoost, Logistic Regression)
