This PR adds WFGY to the “GitHub Repositories” section of the main README.
WFGY is an open source, framework-agnostic debugging layer for LLM agents and RAG pipelines, with a 16-mode ProblemMap and practical triage checklists.
This entry helps users discover a dedicated tool for diagnosing and fixing common LLM/RAG failure modes, alongside the existing learning resources in this repo.
