Issue Description

The current Terms of Service (ToS) for RecodeHive contain grammatical inconsistencies, unclear phrasing, and sections that could be better structured for readability and legal clarity. Some clauses, such as "User Conduct," "Compensation," and "Changes to the Terms," could be misinterpreted due to ambiguous language.

Additionally, the overall UI of the Terms of Service page could be improved for better readability and user experience.
This issue aims to improve both the content and the UI presentation of the ToS documentation.

Suggested Change

1. Correct grammatical and typographical errors (e.g., "reach out us" → "reach out to us").
2. Restructure the ToS into clear sections
3. Clarify user responsibilities and liabilities in "User Conduct" and "Compensation."
4. Ensure formal, legally precise language throughout.
5. Redesign the UI of the ToS page to improve readability, including layout, typography, and section navigation.

Rationale

Updating the Terms of Service will:

• Reduce ambiguity in user obligations and rights.
• Enhance readability for users.
• Ensure consistency with the Privacy Policy and Indian law.
