Issue Description

Introduction of Python library Pandas

Suggested Change

• Introduction of Pandas (Python library)
• Points I am looking forward to introduce as of now are

1. Introduction
2. Series and DataFrame
3. Data input/output
4. Basic Data Analysis.

Rationale

As recode hive is a ML/DS organisation, we don't have any such library or tools listed in docs.

So introduction of Pandas can be a great start in moving forward..

@sanjay-kv I will modify the docs on Pandas after merging/closing of #1084 PR. The PR introduces only 1 file which contains little part of everything, so I would split them in multiple sections as I mentioned in this issue and elaborate a bit.
