Move contribution details to a separate CONTRIBUTE.md file

Description

Currently, contribution guidelines and contributor details are included in README.md.

Keeping contribution information separate in a dedicated CONTRIBUTE.md file will:

• Make the README.md cleaner and more focused
• Provide a clear, centralized place for contribution guidelines
• Help contributors easily find how to contribute

Proposal

I would like to create a CONTRIBUTE.md file and move all contribution-related details from README.md into it, including:

• How to contribute
• Contributor recognition
• Code of conduct link

This will improve the organization and readability of the project documentation.

Please let me know if I can proceed with this change.
