New banner feature on indivitual blog posts

On indivitual blog posts page i want to appear like the folowwing "improve this blog post " feature after the sections

When clicking on the edit this post on github should redirect to the respective blog post github page and clicking on contributing gguidelines redistect to https://www.recodehive.com/docs/Getting-Started

refernce website: https://oneuptime.com/blog/post/2026-04-17-monitor-azure-app-service-opentelemetry/view

I want that to be appear exactly like this on the page and the changes should appear after giscuss comment not on the giscuss feature
