UI Enhancement: Replace Emoji Icons with Lucide Icons

Description

The navbar and Docusaurus dropdown currently use emoji-based icons. My suggestion is that can we use Lucide icons instead, which would probably result in more cleaner UI.

@sanjay-kv sir is this the basic structure we need, also those Read Blog & Star on GitHub buttons redirect to their respectives. Will change those buttons UI too. Also do we need to keep those lines same
