Description
When a tag (e.g., ML) is selected in the filter section, the UI does not clearly indicate that the filter is active. Additionally, there is no visible "Clear Filter" option to reset the applied filters.
Current Behavior
Selected tags appear visually similar to unselected tags.
Users may not easily identify which filter is currently active.
No dedicated button or option is available to clear applied filters.
Expected Behavior
Active/selected tags should have a distinct visual state (background, border, highlight, etc.).
A clear/reset filter button should be available for better usability.
Suggested Fix
Add a stronger active state style for selected tags.
Add a Clear Filters button near the filter section or search bar.
