📝[Docs]: Adding CONTRIBUTING.md for contribution guidelines

Issue Description

Currently the repository does not include a CONTRIBUTING.md file.

Suggested Change

Adding one would help new contributors understand how to set up the project, follow coding standards, and submit pull requests.

Rationale

This would make the contribution process smoother and more consistent.
