[UI] Buttons Visibility Improvement

Description

The text on some buttons is not visible because the button background and text color have very low contrast. The text only becomes readable on hover, which makes the buttons hard to use.
The location of buttons are on interview-prep/overview

Fix

Changing color contrast of text / button itself keeping background same.
