Replaced placeholder # links in the HTML roadmap with a valid temporary destination page.

Fixes #1699

-Updated roadmap links in src/data/roadmaps/html.tsx
-Added a temporary Coming Soon page for unfinished topics:
-src/pages/roadmaps/html-coming-soon.tsx
-Preserved existing working documentation links
-Removed all remaining placeholder # links from the HTML roadmap
