fix mobile view top gap

Description

Currently in the Mobile view , there is space at the top which makes the styling inconsistent , It is so because of the skip link attached at the top .This PR tends to fix that issue .

• Updated the skip link position
• In Accordance to the mobile view so that it doesn't overlap
• removes the extra space at the top
