docs: fix typo and grammar in README tagline

Fixed minor typo and grammar in README tagline as suggested
by @sanjay-kv in PR #1681.

Type of Change

• Documentation update (README, contribution guidelines, etc.)

Changes Made

• Fixed extra space before comma in tagline:
  Collaboration 1st , code 2nd. → Collaboration 1st, code 2nd.
• Fixed missing conjunction in description:
  Git, GitHub, Python → Git, GitHub, and Python

Dependencies

• No new dependencies added.
• No configurations required.
