feat: extend scroll to top/bottom buttons to showcase in all the pages

Description

• Added floating scroll navigation controls to all website pages through the shared root layout.
• Extended the existing control to support both scroll-to-top and scroll-to-bottom actions.
• Kept the buttons fixed at the bottom-right corner for consistent placement across the site.
• Applied the same behavior to blog, showcase, dashboard, donate, and all other routes rendered by the app root.
